Panthera Biopartners conduct late phase clinical trials on behalf of pharmaceutical and biotech companies in 7 Dedicated Clinical Research Sites in the UK; Preston, Rochdale, Glasgow, Enfield, York, Sheffield and Keele.

  • Due to popular demand, we are looking at expanding our Therapeutic Area offering in;
  • Rheumatology / Alzheimer’s / Respiratory / Neurology / Dermatology / Gastroenterology

We are in search of Consultants who would like to act as Principal Investigator for our trials in a flexible manner (combination of remote and on-site).

Role and Responsibilities

  • Act as Principal Investigator for respective studies.
  • Provide medical oversight on clinical trial conduct at allocated site.
  • Performs PI oversight on a regular basis and available for meetings with key stakeholders.
  • Oversees staff training for the study and makes sure they are delegated on logs.
  • Holds regular meetings with the CRA and acts on any feedback given regarding site performance.
  • Participates in any internal or external audits and regulatory inspection.
  • Refer participants for respective clinical trials where appropriate.
  • Provide support to in-house sub-investigators on clinical matters when required.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Registered as a Specialist on GMC Register (Essential)
  • GCP trained (Desirable)
  • Previous Clinical trial experience as a Sub Investigator or Principal investigator. (Desirable)
