Pantheon is seeking an in-house solicitor to support the fundraising and establishment of Pantheon funds and separate account programmes.
You will work on corporate, regulatory and compliance matters, drafting and negotiating fund documents and coordinating with internal teams and external counsel.
You will also assist investment teams across primary, secondary, and infrastructure, ensuring regulatory adherence and maintaining investor relations with boards and authorities.
