Pantheon seeks an experienced lawyer to join its Infrastructure Investment Team in London to lead the structuring, negotiation and execution of infrastructure secondary transactions, including primary fund investments, secondaries and co‑investments.
You will coordinate all aspects of execution, negotiate term sheets, SPAs, LPAs, and related agreements, and work with Pantheon’s legal, treasury and tax teams to ensure timely, accurate closings and regulatory compliance across jurisdictions.
