Pantheon requires an experienced and passionate Senior Integration Software Engineer to design and implement new systems and features, as well as modify and maintain existing systems for adaptation to business and/or technology changes. The Senior Engineer will lead integration development activities for a new Cloud product Pantheon acquired ensuring that the software produced is written in a standard, maintainable and efficient manner.
- Contribute to the new integration Greenfield project
- Design, develop, modify, implement, and support software components
- Determine root cause for the most complex software issues and develop practical, efficient, and permanent technical solutions
- Assist in task planning, estimation, scheduling, and staffing
- Mentor other developers to allow for skill/knowledge development through advice, coaching, and training opportunities
The ideal candidate will have financial services experience in the private equity, infrastructure & real assets or private debt space.
Required skills:
- ~4+ years of experience as a Dynamics CRM / Power Platform Software Engineer
- Experience working with Agile development methodologies such as Kanban/Agile and tools such as Azure DevOps / Jira
