What You'll Do
- As a Portfolio Data Associate, you’ll play a key technical leadership role in our Data Integrity group, overseeing the delivery and accuracy of core portfolio data spanning over 20,000 companies across private equity, infrastructure, and private debt.
- You’ll work closely with Investment, Core Portfolio Management, and Investor Relations teams to:
- Lead quarterly data validation and reporting processes
- Optimise and modernise workflows
- Guide a small team of data professionals
- Provide expert analysis on both prospective and existing investments
- Play a pivotal role in our data transformation journey
We want someone with:
- Strong experience in private markets company data (FoF, PE, infra, or private debt)
- Technical skills in Excel, Power BI, and other analysis tools
- A detail-oriented mindset and data governance experience
- Great communication skills and a collaborative approach
- The ability to manage both people and processes
Bonus if you have:
- Experience with VBA, Python, or visualisation tools
- A background in team management or working with offshore teams
