Join us at Pantheon, a global leader in private markets investing, as a Portfolio Data Associate within our newly formed Data & Analytics (DnA) team — a strategic function that supports investment decisions, client transparency, and financial oversight across our global platform.

What You\’ll Do

As a Portfolio Data Associate, you’ll play a key technical leadership role in our Data Integrity group, overseeing the delivery and accuracy of core portfolio data spanning over 20,000 companies across private equity, infrastructure, and private debt.

You’ll work closely with Investment, Core Portfolio Management, and Investor Relations teams to:

• Lead quarterly data validation and reporting processes
• Optimise and modernise workflows
• Guide a small team of data professionals
• Provide expert analysis on both prospective and existing investments
• Play a pivotal role in our data transformation journey

We want someone with:

• Strong experience in private markets company data (FoF, PE, infra, or private debt)
• Technical skills in Excel, Power BI, and other analysis tools
• A detail-oriented mindset and data governance experience
• Great communication skills and a collaborative approach
• The ability to manage both people and processes

Bonus if you have:

• Experience with VBA, Python, or visualisation tools
• A background in team management or working with offshore teams
