An opportunity has arisen for an Investor Services Analyst to join Pantheon’s Investor Services team, supporting strategic initiatives that enhance the global client experience, improve efficiency across the Investor Relations function and ensure investor services processes are executed to a high degree of quality. Based in London, the role involves collaborating with teams across the organisation to optimise client facing processes, strengthen data integrity, and drive operational improvements.
The Analyst will support the development and centralisation of core IR processes, assist with data alignment and reporting, and contribute to initiatives that streamline global client service activities. The role also includes coordinating client document workflows, supporting system enhancements, and providing analytical insights to better leverage data and technology. Alongside the project and data aspect of this role the successful candidate will provide BAU support and automation of Pantheon’s Tier 3 client servicing.
This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, effective stakeholder engagement and a proactive approach to process improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Support, co-ordinate and assist the Relationship Manager(s) with the day-to-day management of Tier 3 clients and automate and improve related processes and servicing.
- Provide ongoing administrative global client support to ensure investor services processes are executed to a high degree of quality.
- Coordinate global client administrative processes such as tax re-papering.
- Support Pantheon’s innovation and client experience transformation initiatives.
- Support the successful adoption of business and IT change within IR by maintaining engagement with the user base, enabling training and support as required.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external service providers to develop, enhance, and centralise core IR processes, including the production, collation, and maintenance of key data and workflows.
- Identify opportunities to improve BAU use of internal and client-facing systems, leveraging tools such as Power BI and ChatGPT more effectively.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large datasets to produce clear client and operational insights for internal use.
- Design and build simple data models that enable reporting and analysis.
- Demonstrable in financial services, ideally within Private Markets or Fund Management.
- Strong analytical and data‑processing skills, with proficiency in Excel and Power BI/Tableau.
- Ability to build simple dashboards and tools using Tableau/Power BI, and/or Excel.
- General understanding of investment and IR lifecycles (CRM, onboarding, due diligence, reporting, data management).
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent relationship‑building and influencing skills.
- Meticulous, curious, and solutions-focused mindset.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs to solutions.
- Experience in client service or direct client engagement.
- An interest or desire to acquire applicable industry qualifications (e.g. the IMC or equivalent).
