Pantheon require an experienced and passionate CRM Software Engineer to design and implement new systems and features, as well as modify and maintain existing systems for adaption to business and/or technology changes. The Engineer will participate in development activities across CRM projects ensuring that the software produced is written in a standard, maintainable and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the ongoing development of existing CRM applications
- Design, develop, modify, implement, and support software components
- Determine root cause for the most complex software issues and develop practical, efficient, and permanent technical solutions
- Assist in task planning, estimation, scheduling, and staffing
- Determine process improvements, best practices, and develop new processes
- Strong experience as a Dynamics CRM / 365 CE Software Engineer
- Experience working with Agile development methodologies such as Kanban/Agile and tools such as Azure DevOps / Jira
- Power Platform: Power Apps (multiple Model Driven and Canvas), Power Automate, Power BI (embedded report as well as Semantic Model)
- Azure Application Insights for all Power Platform logging and monitoring
- Dataverse
- Azure Integration Service Connections out of D365 only as well as S2S app user accounts for Azure Function Managed Identities
- Microsoft Dynamics 2015 or newer
- C# .NET
- HTML, CSS
- The ideal candidate will have financial services experience in the private equity, infrastructure & real assets or private debt space. However, this is not a stringent requirement.
