The core purpose of this role is to manage the content administration of Pantheon’s investor portal. The candidate will have primary responsibility for the timely and accurate upload of documents to Pantheon’s Investor Portal, for coordination with the Tax, Finance, Client Reporting, Investor Relations and Marketing teams that generate these documents, for communicating to clients that their documents are available and have a key input into related change initiatives within Pantheon.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain the Investor Portal to support client servicing (timely distribution of all client documents and communications, provide clients with lost login details, new user set up upon closings).
- Triaging and resolution of client queries within our service management system and the delegation of these amongst the wider Investor Relations team to ensure client needs are met responsively.
- Support the Investor Portal’s continued development, functionality upgrades and processes.
- Data Mining, cleansing of documents and client nomenclature to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for clients.
- Coordinating closely with not only the Investor Relations team, but the wider firm, in particular Operations, Finance & Tax.
- Liaising with Pantheon’s fund administrators to help support their reporting requirements.
- Experience working within the financial services sector.
- Experience with a document management system.
- Experience with client facing systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal – we are looking for a “service minded person”.
- Intermediate to expert Excel skills.
- Positive, enthusiastic attitude with an ability to work at pace with accuracy.
- Strong organisational skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise workflow, seeking guidance from managers where required.
