Support the Payroll team with the management of the Global payroll process for regions including but not limited to UK, Ireland, Switzerland, US, Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Israel, Colombia and Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Payroll Processing: Accurately process payroll for employees on a semi‑monthly or monthly basis, ensuring timely payment and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update payroll records, including salaries, benefits, deductions, bonuses, and taxes.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to local, state and federal payroll regulations. Prepare and submit payroll‑related reports (e.g., tax filings, W‑2s, 1099s, P60s).
  • Time & Attendance: Verify time‑keeping records and resolve discrepancies in employee hours, PTO or leave balances.
  • Employee Support: Address payroll‑related queries from employees, ensuring clarity and resolution of issues.
  • Audit & Reconciliation: Conduct payroll audits, verify calculations and reconcile payroll accounts to ensure accuracy.
  • System Administration: Engage in system migration and optimization projects. Utilize payroll software (e.g., ADP, Workday, Paycom) to process transactions and generate reports.
  • Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with HR and Finance teams to ensure payroll accuracy and alignment with company policies.
Knowledge & Experience Required
  • Strong payroll background with working knowledge of various payroll provider software (ADP Celergo, Paychex, Workday).
  • Solid accounting knowledge – SAGE/Workday (prepare and upload monthly payroll journals).
  • Working knowledge of payroll legislation across all jurisdictions.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
