Purpose of the Position

Pantheon require an experienced and passionate Senior Integration Software Engineer to design and implement new systems and features, as well as modify and maintain existing systems for adaption to business and/or technology changes. The Senior Engineer will lead integration development activities for a new Cloud product Pantheon acquired ensuring that the software produced is written in a standard, maintainable and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the new integration Greenfield project
  • Design, develop, modify, implement, and support software components
  • Determine root cause for the most complex software issues and develop practical, efficient, and permanent technical solutions
  • Assist in task planning, estimation, scheduling, and staffing
  • Mentor other developers to allow for skill/knowledge development through advice, coaching, and training opportunities
  • Determine process improvements, best practices, and develop new processes

Knowledge and Experience Required:

  • 10+ years of experience as a .NET Software Developer
  • 4+ years of experience as a Dynamics CRM / Power Platform Software Engineer
  • Experience working with Agile development methodologies such as Kanban/Agile and tools such as Azure DevOps / Jira
  • Practical and detailed experience of working with Azure integration solutions such as Functions and Logic Apps
  • Ability to communicate complex solutions to stakeholders, both technical as well as non-technical in a clear and succinct manner
  • A team player who is comfortable interacting with staff at all levels, including senior management
