We're working for a drylining contractor delivering a major commercial scheme in Oxford, and they’re looking to bring in an experienced Project Manager to take full control on site. This is a proper builder’s role. Fast-paced commercial delivery, programme pressure, subcontractor management, client meetings, QA, H&S, the lot. Ideal for someone who’s comfortable running sizeable drylining packages without needing hand-holding.

You’ll be joining a contractor with a strong order book, repeat clients, and a growing presence across commercial, mixed-use and high-spec projects.

The Role:

  • Managing drylining packages on a large commercial project
  • Overseeing site teams, labour and subcontractors
  • Driving programme and ensuring works are delivered on time
  • Chairing site meetings and liaising with main contractor teams
  • Managing quality control and H&S compliance
  • Reporting into senior leadership on project progress and commercial risks

  • Proven experience managing drylining projects
  • Strong commercial project background
  • Able to manage programmes and site pressure confidently
  • Good client-facing skills
  • SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid preferred
  • Someone organised, proactive and capable of running a job properly
