Pantheon Recruitment are working with a growing drylining contractor looking to add an experienced Site Manager to their team due to continued project wins across Manchester and the wider North West. This role will suit someone who knows how to run a drylining package properly on site. Managing labour, keeping programme on track, dealing with subcontractors and making sure standards stay high from start to finish. The company have built a strong reputation within commercial and high-rise residential sectors and have a healthy pipeline of work heading into the next couple of years.

The Role:

  • Managing day-to-day drylining works on site
  • Coordinating labour, materials and subcontractors
  • Driving programme and keeping works moving efficiently
  • Conducting site inspections and ensuring quality standards
  • Managing H&S on site
  • Liaising with Project Managers and main contractor teams
  • Attending site meetings and reporting on progress
