Drylining Site Manager in Bristol

If you're a Drylining Site Manager who's fed up with firefighting, dealing with unrealistic programmes, or working for a company that seems to make things up as they go along, keep reading. We're working with a growing drylining contractor with a strong pipeline of commercial projects across the South West. They need a Site Manager who can take ownership on site, drive quality, maintain programme and keep subcontractors moving in the right direction. This isn't a clipboard-and-coffee role. You'll be expected to lead from the front, solve problems, build relationships with clients and main contractors, and make sure projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard. What you'll be doing: * Managing drylining and SFS packages on site * Coordinating labour, materials and subcontractors * Driving programme and quality standards * Attending site meetings with clients and main contractors * Managing health & safety on site * Ensuring works are delivered snag-free What we're looking for: * Proven experience managing drylining projects * Strong understanding of partitions, ceilings and SFS * Ability to lead site teams and subcontractors * SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid * Commercial awareness and a proactive attitude What's in it for you? * £50,000 - £60,000 basic salary * Car allowance/company vehicle * Pension * Strong pipeline of secured work * Genuine opportunities for progression * A business that values people who get things done Interested?
