The EMEA Renewals team is a high-performing powerhouse spanning with this role being Hybrid and servicing our Direct Renewals, UK&I Clients.

Responsibilities

  • Analyzing customer data to identify growth opportunities and potential risks within the assigned portfolio.
  • Developing engagement strategies based on customer health metrics and past contract performance.
  • Addressing churn risks through proactive interventions and tailored solutions.
  • Forecasting renewal opportunities, risks, and upsell potential using internal tools.
  • Negotiating renewal terms and collaborating with finance and legal teams to optimize contracts.
