We are seeking a Channel-focused Marketing Manager to accelerate growth across our emerging markets through a thriving partner ecosystem. This role is pivotal in expanding market presence, delivering impactful joint go-to-market programs, and driving measurable demand through distributors, resellers, and system integrators. You will play a key role in aligning regional strategies with global priorities while tailoring execution to local market dynamics.
About the Team: You will join an established and collaborative regional marketing team, working closely with Sales, Partner, and Technical stakeholders across our emerging markets. The team operates with close cross‑functional alignment, enabling fast execution. This ensures locally relevant campaigns that support strategic growth in a key region.
Responsibilities
- Leading channel marketing initiatives in partnership with regional channel and sales leadership and EMEA marketing
- Developing and executing joint marketing programs with distributors, resellers, and system integrators
- Managing MDF budgets while ensuring transparency, ROI tracking, and alignment with business goals
- Building strong relationships with local and regional partners to drive collaboration and mutual success
- Designing and implementing localized integrated campaigns aligned with emerging market dynamics
- Driving field marketing activities including events, partner activations, and customer engagement programs
- Measuring campaign performance using analytics tools and optimizing based on insights and partner feedback
- Collaborating cross‑functionally to align messaging, enable partners, and amplify success stories
Requirements
- Bring 7+ years of B2B marketing experience with a clear focus on channel marketing in tech or SaaS
- Demonstrate proven success in building and scaling partner marketing programs in the EMEA market
- Possess a strong network of marketing agencies and channel partners
- Show deep understanding of SaaS, UCaaS, and collaboration technologies
- Manage budgets effectively with solid experience in marketing automation and analytics tools
