The Senior Quantity Surveyor will play a key role in managing the financial and contractual aspects of high-profile residential and commercial projects. Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing accurate cost estimates
- Managing budgets

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge in Quantity Surveying, Cost Estimation, and Budget Management
- Proficiency in Contract Preparation and Administration, Risk Management, and Procurement Strategies
- Exceptional Communication, Negotiation, and Stakeholder Management skills
- Experience with Project Reporting, Analytical Thinking, and Attention to Detail
- Proficient in using construction and cost modelling software
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
- Professional accreditation such as MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) is highly desirable
