The Transfer Pricing Team of this global organisation specialise in helping organisations understand the pricing implications of goods and services between related parties. The team is fuelled by curious minds from diverse backgrounds, and have a large proportion of global transfers. Their investment in technology, alternative delivery methods, and knowledge tools will enable you to deliver work efficiently and allow time to focus on interesting and challenging value added advisory work.

Your new role
They are looking to recruit a Transfer Pricing Manager to join the team. This team provides advice to clients on all aspects of the UK and International transfer pricing regime, including the determination of arm\’s length comparables, policy formulation and OECD compliant TP documentation, tax audit defence and advanced pricing agreements, and reviewing the tax impact of commercial/business change in the organisation. Work within the Transfer Pricing Team is mainly project based and will involve working with multinational companies. This team has a very strong Midlands presence and covers the same range of clients and issues that any London teams would deal with.

What you\’ll need to succeed
Previous experience in transfer pricing or international tax is essential for this role. In either practice, industry or HMRC. You will be ACA/CTA or equivalent and be experienced in proactively managing a portfolio of clients and projects including financial and risk management. You will have an ability to plan and deliver work against tight deadlines and have developed communication skills. Global relocators with strong English written and spoken skills will be considered and sponsorship for Working Visa\’s will be provided.
