About The Role
We are looking for a creative and hands‑on Field Marketing Manager to lead, plan and execute our global field strategy both in‑person and virtual. This role includes online and offline 3rd party and owned events. A key part of our growing marketing team, we work closely with the sales, product, and customer success teams to create meaningful, engaging, and results‑driven experiences that drive pipeline and brand awareness.
As our Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing and executing all aspects of field marketing activities, including global industry events, customer meetups, executive dinners, webinars, and sponsorships. You’ll play a central role in strengthening our market presence and cultivating a sense of community around the Panorays brand.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute global field marketing activities, including physical events (e.g., trade shows, conferences, executive roundtables) and virtual events (e.g., webinars, digital panels, online workshops).
- Build and execute multi‑channel campaigns to support events and maximize impact across the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with sales leaders to align event strategy with pipeline goals and regional business objectives.
- Manage all event logistics, including vendors, branding, giveaways, promotional materials, and budgets.
- Partner with the marketing team to amplify event content before, during, and after events.
- Track, measure, and report event performance and ROI.
- Continuously analyze outcomes and optimize future activities.
- Foster relationships with industry partners, influencers, and key stakeholders to strengthen our brand visibility.
Experience & Skills
- 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing with a strong focus on field and event marketing.
- Experience in the cybersecurity industry is a big plus.
- Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end event execution, from planning to measurement, across multiple regions.
- Experience working closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously under tight deadlines.
