Panoramic Associates are working with a Multi Academy Trust in the South West who are seeking an experienced Interim Senior Leader to join its leadership team from September 2026 for two terms. This role is ideal for a confident, strategic and solutions-focused professional who can provide stability, direction and high-quality leadership during a period of transition. You will play a key role in driving whole-school improvement, supporting teaching and learning, strengthening operational systems and ensuring the school continues to deliver an exceptional educational experience for all pupils.
The successful candidate will bring a calm, credible presence and the ability to quickly build trust with staff, pupils, families and external partners.
Experience & Skills Required- Proven senior leadership experience within a primary, secondary or specialist school setting.
- Excellent safeguarding knowledge and experience contributing to a strong safeguarding culture.
- Ability to lead and develop staff through coaching, mentoring and professional development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly in an interim environment.
- Experience working with external agencies, governors and local authorities.
