Panoramic Associates is recruiting experienced Registered Building Inspectors for interim opportunities.
What You'll Be Doing
- Conducting statutory building control inspections across residential and commercial developments
- Ensuring compliance with Building Regulations and BSR (Building Safety Regulator) requirements
- Reviewing plans, specifications, and structural calculations
- Liaising with developers, architects, contractors, and stakeholders
- Processing applications and issuing completion certificates
- Contributing to a culture of safety, compliance, and excellence
Essential Requirements
- Registered Building Inspector (all levels) status (current registration required)
- Proven site inspection experience across varied building types
- Strong working knowledge of Building Regulations and BSR requirements
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload independently and efficiently
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
