Day Rate: £45hr - £90hr (Inside IR35)

What You'll Be Doing

  • Conducting statutory building control inspections across residential and commercial developments
  • Ensuring compliance with Building Regulations and BSR (Building Safety Regulator) requirements
  • Reviewing plans, specifications, and structural calculations
  • Liaising with developers, architects, contractors, and stakeholders
  • Processing applications and issuing completion certificates
  • Contributing to a culture of safety, compliance, and excellence

Essential Requirements

  • Registered Building Inspector (all levels) status (current registration required)
  • Proven site inspection experience across varied building types
  • Strong working knowledge of Building Regulations and BSR requirements
  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload independently and efficiently
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
