About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Interim Talent Acquisition Partner to join the team within a fantastic education setting in Wiltshire. Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to deliver effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across a variety of roles, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

- Provide market insights and workforce planning support.
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding and safer recruitment practices in line with education sector standards.
