Panoramic Associates in the Coventry area is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to strengthen our central HR functions across multiple sites.

This role reports to the Associate Director of HR and focuses on employee relations, policy development and enabling scalable growth.

You will build partnerships with site management, mentor HR Business Partners, and lead cross-site HR projects to improve engagement and organisational development while maintaining compliant, effective HR services.
