A respected learning disabilities provider is seeking an accomplished Interim Service Development Manager to help improve occupancy across its service portfolio. This position requires a senior professional with a demonstrable track record of improving occupancy performance, strengthening service delivery, and driving measurable organisational outcomes.
Role Purpose
The postholder will lead targeted initiatives to enhance occupancy levels, optimise service pathways, and ensure the organisation is well-positioned to meet current and emerging commissioning requirements. Working closely with senior leaders and external partners, the Interim Manager will deliver focused interventions that support both immediate performance improvement and longer-term sustainability.
Candidate Profile
- Extensive experience within learning disability services or wider adult social care.
- Strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to influence occupancy and financial performance.
- Skilled in leading service improvement initiatives within complex, multi-site environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management capabilities.
- Able to commence at short notice and operate effectively within an interim capacity.

- Rate: Competitive day rate (Inside IR35)
- Location: 100% remote based with some on site if needed
