We are seeking an experienced Interim Registered Manager to provide strong, stabilising leadership for an elderly care home in the South West. This is a hands-on role requiring a confident leader who can quickly assess the service, drive improvements, and ensure full compliance during a period of transition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service leadership ensuring safe, effective, and person-centred care
