London based with required visits to sites nationwide. £75,000 - £95,000 Permanent. We're working with a growing construction and project delivery business that operates across a diverse portfolio of high-end residential, commercial, refurbishment and fit-out projects. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Building Surveyor to support the delivery of projects from inception through to completion.
You'll be involved in a diverse range of projects including high-end residential developments, residential regeneration and distressed asset schemes, commercial construction projects, office fit-outs, and infrastructure and welfare facilities. With a strong pipeline of secured work across London and the South East, this role offers excellent exposure to a varied mix of residential and commercial projects from inception through to completion.
The Role- Delivering a range of residential and commercial refurbishment, fit-out and construction projects.
- Undertaking project management and contract administration duties.
- Preparing specifications, scopes of works and tender documentation.
- Managing contractors, consultants and project stakeholders.
- Monitoring project programmes, quality and delivery.
- Carrying out site inspections and ensuring works are completed to the required standard.
- Supporting clients through all stages of the project lifecycle.
- Experience as a Senior Building Surveyor.
- Strong project delivery experience across refurbishment, fit-out or construction projects.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- HNC/HND qualified (professional accreditation essential).
- Background within residential, commercial & mixed-use developments.
- Practical, solutions-focused approach with strong communication skills.
- Strong pipeline of secured projects.
- Exposure to a varied mix of residential and commercial developments.
