Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of projects from development to handover
  • Coordinate consultant teams and contractors
  • Ensure projects stay on programme and manage risks
  • Act as primary point of contact for clients and senior stakeholders
  • Facilitate timely decisions and design/procurement/construction stages
  • Maintain multiple projects with proactive organisation and communication

Key requirements

  • Experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager
  • Comfortable managing construction projects independently
  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams
  • Confident dealing with clients and senior stakeholders
  • Commercial awareness and proactive risk identification
  • Strong communicator with stakeholder relationship skills
  • Project management qualification is essential – APM PMQ or Chartered Status
  • Relevant construction or surveying qualification advantageous
