Job Opportunity: Senior Case Officer (Tribunals)

Location: Greater Manchester with fully remote working

Contract: 6 Months (with 3-month break clause)

Rate: £370/day

Start Date: Within 2 weeks

About the Role

Panoramic is working with a local authority in Greater Manchester who is seeking an experienced Dispute Resolution Officer to manage a caseload of approximately 20 appeals, working alongside another Senior Officer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and progress a caseload of c.20 tribunal appeals
  • Prepare and review case bundles with dedicated bundling support
  • Liaise with legal teams, appellants, and tribunal services
  • Ensure cases are handled efficiently and in line with statutory requirements
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on tribunal procedures and case strategy
