Panoramic Associates is supporting a London Borough with the appointment of an experienced SEND Reform Programme Manager to lead and coordinate the delivery of a significant programme of work aligned to the national SEND reforms. Reporting to the Director of Education, this is a senior programme leadership role requiring someone who can establish strong programme grip, coordinate delivery across multiple workstreams and provide the assurance and evidence required to demonstrate progress against national reform expectations. The successful candidate will work across Children’s Services, Finance, Commissioning, Data and wider partners, ensuring clear accountability for delivery and effective management of milestones, risks and dependencies.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the overall coordination and delivery of the SEND reform programme.
- Develop and maintain robust programme plans, milestones and delivery frameworks.
- Establish effective governance, risk management and assurance arrangements.
- Coordinate delivery across multiple services, workstreams and partner organisations.
- Produce high-quality reporting and assurance for Directors, senior leaders and external stakeholders.
- Maintain oversight of delivery confidence, risks and barriers to progress.
- Ensure programme activity is aligned with national SEND reform expectations.
