Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Salesforce CPQ solution design, development, and technical delivery
  • Liaise with stakeholders to gather, prioritise, and transform business requirements into technical solutions
  • Create and present detailed BRD/FSD documentation aligned with business needs
  • Drive high-level and low-level technical design for major solution components
  • Advise on best practices for Salesforce and overall systems architecture
  • Collaborate with functional teams to determine optimal implementation (declarative vs programmatic vs App Exchange)
  • Ensure robust platform security, PII data protection, authentication, and authorisation
  • Oversee integration (REST, SOAP, Salesforce Connect), data migration, and deployment strategies
  • Lead and mentor technical teams, supporting application design and delivery

Your Experience:

  • 8-12 years in technology (product/engineering), with 4+ years in Salesforce CPQ development
  • 4+ years experience in Sales Cloud
  • Strong functional and technical CPQ knowledge (product configuration, bundles, quoting, pricing, discounting, workflows)
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into effective, scalable solutions
  • Experience leading teams and supporting application design
  • Salesforce Platform Developer 2, CPQ Functional Associate, and Sales Cloud certifications required
