Panoramic Associates are currently supporting a Local Authority client seeking an experienced Interim Regeneration Manager to lead and drive key regeneration programmes with a strong focus on town centre renewal and leisure-led developments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, development, and delivery of town centre and leisure regeneration projects.
- Manage multi-disciplinary project teams, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Develop and oversee delivery plans, ensuring alignment with funding requirements, timelines, and local priorities.
- Liaise with senior leadership, elected members, external partners, and communities to ensure inclusive and sustainable regeneration outcomes.
- Support funding bids, business cases, and investment strategies where required.
- Ensure risk, budget, and programme management processes are adhered to throughout project lifecycle.
Key Requirements:
- Proven track record in delivering complex regeneration programmes, ideally within town centre and/or leisure contexts.
- Strong understanding of place-making, economic development, and community-focused regeneration.
- Knowledge of local authority processes, governance, and procurement.
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Ability to hit the ground running and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with Towns Fund, Levelling Up Fund or similar government-funded regeneration programmes.
