Interim Regeneration Consultant - Capital and Infrastructure Delivery
Contract: 3-4 months (with potential extension)
Location: Midlands (hybrid - 2 days onsite)

Overview
An opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to support a portfolio of infrastructure and regeneration projects, focused on progressing schemes from feasibility through to procurement (design & build stage). This role is suited to someone with strong technical awareness across civil engineering and public realm projects, capable of managing multiple workstreams at pace.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead feasibility studies across a range of infrastructure schemes
- Progress projects to procurement-ready stage (design & build)
- Coordinate technical inputs across internal and external teams
- Manage multiple schemes including:
- Public realm improvements
- Pedestrian / cycle infrastructure
- Bridge upgrades and widening
Key Requirements
- Strong background in infrastructure / civil engineering project delivery
- Experience across early project stages (RIBA 0-4 or equivalent)
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent schemes
- Proven stakeholder engagement, including private sector interface
- Public sector experience preferred
