A leading organisation is looking to appoint multiple Electrical Engineers to join their engineering team in Reading. You will be working across a wide range of disciplines and sectors offering you unparalleled exposure.
This role will suit someone confident in electrical design work, supporting project delivery on-site, and providing technical input across a varied workload. Team management experience would also be advantageous.
Responsibilities- Lead electrical design and engineering activities, ensuring compliance with relevant standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver effective solutions
- Review drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
- Support site activity including inspections, installation and commissioning
- Troubleshoot complex issues and provide clear technical recommendations
- Mentor / guide junior team members as required
- Strong experience designing and delivering electrical systems
- Electrical Engineering qualification (degree or equivalent)
- Solid understanding of electrical regulations and safety standards
- Confident communicator with a practical, problem-solving approach
