Panoramic Associates is currently working with a public-sector client to appoint an experienced Programme Planning Consultant to lead structured programme planning for a major highways transformation programme and wider Local Government Reorganisation (LGR) agenda.
Responsibilities of the Role:
- Build and manage a full Microsoft Project master schedule.
- Develop structured, dependency-driven programme plans and identify critical paths.
- Lead transition sequencing and integration planning across multiple services.
- Translate service-level inputs into coherent, centralised programme plans.
- Map resources, risks, dependencies, and alternative delivery scenarios.
- Provide milestone-driven planning assurance to senior stakeholders.
To be successful in the role you will have:
- Expert-level MS Project capability.
- Proven experience developing structured, dependency-based programme plans.
- Background in complex programmes - public sector, infrastructure, or transformation preferred.
- Ability to bring structure and clarity to ambiguous situations and coach teams with varying programme maturity.
- Strong communication skills and experience working with senior stakeholders.
