Panoramic Associates are seeking an Interim Registered Manager to lead a children's residential home during a transitional period. This is a key leadership role, ensuring the home operates in line with Children's Homes Regulations 2015, Quality Standards, and Ofsted requirements, while maintaining a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment for young people.
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager in a children's residential setting
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare
- Strong knowledge of Ofsted frameworks and regulatory compliance
- On the DBS update service
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
- Experience supporting homes through Ofsted inspection or improvement plans
- Experience working with children with complex needs (EBD, trauma, or SEMH)
Please note that this is an urgent requirement and interviews will be held immediately with a view to start in January 2026. You will be required to be onsite 5 days per week and have your own accommodation.
