Panoramic is supporting a mainstream primary school in the South West, who require an interim Head of School to start ASAP and remain in post until July 2026. The current Head is leaving in December but the Trust are keen for the interim Head to join ASAP to allow for a sufficient handover period.
The school is in a strong position currently, but requires an experienced Headteacher to oversee day to day operations and drive forward improvements in preparation for their upcoming inspection. They are currently in their Ofsted window and require the interim Headteacher to lead them through the inspection, with support from the trust.
Due to the size of the school, you will ideally also be a SENCo or have SENCo experience, though this is not essential. The role is required ASAP for a 5 day per week basis for the full academic year, paid on a day rate inside IR35. A DBS on the update service is preferable but not essential.
