Panoramic Associates is currently working with a Local Authority client based in London to facilitate the appointment of an experienced Senior Accountant to support an Adult Social Care finance function through a busy reporting period. This is a key interim requirement to provide additional capacity across management reporting, budget monitoring, and statutory/government returns. The postholder will work closely with operational stakeholders and external partners, providing clear financial insight to support frontline services and decision-making, with minimal onboarding/training available.

Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Produce monthly management information, budget monitoring updates and reporting packs for senior stakeholders
  • Support quarterly reporting cycles, statutory reporting and government returns
  • Analyse service and client financial data, translating outputs into clear insights for operational teams
  • Work closely with managers and external agencies to respond to information requests and maintain reporting accuracy

To be successful in the role you will have:

  • Strong, hands-on Adult Social Care finance experience within a Local Authority setting.
