Panoramic Associates is seeking an experienced SEN professional for a flexible SENCo role in Greater London. This position offers immediate hands-on operational support with the potential for a longer-term leadership role in inclusion.

The role is designed for around 3 days per week and focuses on enhancing existing SEND provision through critical operational responsibilities such as annual reviews and EHCP administration.
