Panoramic is supporting a successful secondary school in the South West seeking an experienced Quality of Education Lead (Deputy Headteacher) for an interim assignment. This is a key leadership role focused on driving teaching & learning, coaching middle leaders, and leading impactful CPD across the school. There is no teaching commitment, but the school is looking for a hands-on leader who can model best practice and quickly drive improvement.
The role is initially February half term - May half term but likely to extend. 5 days per week on-site preferable, though they could consider 4 days per week. Paid on a day rate inside IR35.
