Panoramic Associates are seeking an experienced Interim Headteacher for a well-established special school, starting as soon as possible and running until the end of the Summer term initially.
As interim Headteacher you will work with an established SLT to expand access to the provision, build relationships with families and local authorities, drive referrals and sustainable growth while ensuring the school is prepared for higher intake. The school caters to ASD/SEN students so you will preferably have experience working with these needs, though a more general SEN background is also welcomed.
Key requirements:
- Proven experience as a Headteacher within a special school (ASD experience preferred but any SEN background welcomed)
- A strong understanding of curriculum leadership in SEND settings desirable but not essential
- Ability to lead confidently through change
- Commercial awareness around referrals and placements
Interviews will take place ASAP with a view to start immediately pending vetting. Paid on a day rate for the 6-month period, inside IR35.
