We're working with a forward-thinking organisation looking for an Estates Data Coordinator to support a major estates and asset data project across a large property portfolio. You'll play a key role in bringing lease, billing and asset information together into a central IWMS platform helping improve reporting, compliance and financial accuracy.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Interrogating lease agreements and extracting key commercial & billing data
  • Validating invoices, billing schedules and financial information
  • Uploading and maintaining lease and asset data within the IWMS
  • Working with finance, billing and estates teams to resolve discrepancies
  • Comparing data across spreadsheets, finance systems and legacy databases
  • Improving data quality, reporting processes and system confidence

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience working with lease, estates, asset or property data
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working across multiple systems and large datasets
  • Confident communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • IWMS / CAFM / property systems experience would be a big bonus
