Locum Junior Commercial Contracts Lawyer - Interim (Maternity Cover) for a public sector client. This maternity cover post is initially for a minimum of 3 months with the potential to extend up to 12 months.
Rate: Up to £45 per hour.
Location: Remote, with occasional in-person meetings if preferred (not mandatory).

Responsibilities
- Drafting and reviewing a high volume of complex, non-template commercial contracts
- Preparing and advising on grant agreements, deeds of variation, and demand letters for breaches
- Providing procurement support and contract management reporting
- Supporting large-scale projects from inception to completion
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and trust throughout project delivery
