Panoramic is supporting an SEN School in the East of England who require an interim Assistant Headteacher to join them ASAP, for an interim contract until July 2026.
Responsibilities:
- Focus on quality assurance of Curriculum and Behaviour strategies to support preparations for the school's next Ofsted inspection.
- Where possible, include a small teaching element, though this isn’t essential.
Requirements:
- Experience working with SEN/SEMH/challenging behaviour or complex needs is essential.
- You must be available to work 5 days per week.
- DBS on the update service is preferable (interview will take place ASAP with a view to start immediately).
Contract details:
- Paid on a day rate via IR35.
