Panoramic are supporting a local authority in the South West to scout for an exceptionally talented Lead Operational Surveyor. The role covers a large property portfolio with a range of assets from buildings to car parks. It's a well-scoped interim role with enough length to make a real difference. You'll act as a key liaison between senior management working within a well-structured & supportive team. You'll be involved in everything from rent reviews, lease renewals and valuations through to supporting wider operational estate strategy and acting as a key link between department heads.
