Panoramic Associates is partnering with a well-regarded education provider in Kent to appoint an experienced Interim HR Manager for a key assignment running through to the Christmas break. This is a pivotal role during a period of organisational transition. You'll play a central part in supporting leadership, stabilising HR operations, and guiding the workforce through change with confidence and clarity.
Reporting to the HR Director, you will also lead and support a small HR team, with line management responsibility for two HR Officers.
Key Requirements
- Current or recent experience within a school or multi-academy trust
- Proven track record operating at HR Manager level
- CIPD Level 5 qualification
- Experience with Edupay (highly desirable)
