Panoramic Associates is currently looking for an Interim Water Safety Manager to support a key period of transition across their property and housing portfolio. We're looking for someone with a strong background in water safety, building compliance or M&E, who has a solid understanding of water systems and compliance frameworks, a track record of managing contractors and driving performance, and the confidence to engage effectively with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert / Responsible Person for water safety and legionella
  • Oversee and manage contractors delivering water hygiene services
  • Ensure compliance with ACOP L8, HSG274 and statutory requirements
  • Provide assurance across a complex property portfolio
  • Engage and manage key internal stakeholders
  • Support the transition into a longer-term, permanent structure
  • LCA 9010 (or equivalent) preferred

This is a hands-on interim role, not a project management exercise. If you're the kind of person who takes ownership and gets things sorted, it's worth a conversation. If this sounds like something you'd be open to exploring, I'd be happy to have a confidential chat and share more details.

You can reach me directly at. Even if the timing isn't quite right, feel free to stay in touch. I regularly work on compliance and asset management contracts and would be glad to keep you in mind for future opportunities that align with your goals.
