Overview
Interim Senior Leader (SEN/ Behaviour) Opportunity
Panoramic Associates is partnered with a specialist school in Buckinghamshire, who require an interim Senior Leader to join them ASAP, for now until the end of the Summer term initially. This is a full-time, non-teaching role starting ASAP and will initially run until the end of the Summer term.
You will be responsible for leading behaviour across a large school, driving behaviour policies, processes and procedures. You will work closely with the SLT to make improvements and prepare the school for their next inspection. You will also be responsible for line managing the Head of Years. The school takes a trauma-informed approach and would like the interim to have experience in, or a strong understanding of SEMH/ASD.

Responsibilities
- Manage behaviour across a large school, driving behaviour policies, processes and procedures.
- Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to make improvements and prepare the school for their next inspection.
- Line manage the Head of Years.
- Support the school\’s trauma-informed approach and contribute to SEMH/ASD considerations as required.
Qualifications
- Experience in behaviour management or strong understanding of SEN/Behaviour with trauma-informed practice; SEMH/ASD experience encouraged.
- Full-time, non-teaching role; ASAP start.
- DBS on the update service preferred but not essential.
