Panoramic Associates are currently working with a Primary setting in the East Midlands who're looking for an Interim SEND/Inclusion Advisor to join them as soon as possible. You'd be joining their team to lead on SEND policies and systems ensuring consistency and compliance across the setting.
Start: ASAP
Contract: Until the end of the academic year, with potential for longer-term opportunities
This is a highly hands-on role where you will work closely with leadership teams across multiple sites to assess, stabilise, and strengthen SEND statutory compliance. You'll play a key role in implementing effective policies, processes, and inclusive practices from the ground up.
Key requirements:
- Strong SEND experience and expertise
- Credibility and confidence around SEND processes and policies
- Excellent knowledge of EHCP processes and statutory responsibilities, including annual reviews, evidence gathering, and costings
- Comfortable supporting multiple schools/sites
- Ability to build sustainable systems and processes
- Empathetic, coaching-led approach with strong stakeholder management skills
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
