Key Responsibilities:
- Lead SEND provision across both nursery settings.
- Manage EHCPs, annual reviews and statutory SEND processes.
- Build strong relationships with families through home visits and ongoing support.
- Work closely with external professionals including Educational Psychologists, Speech & Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists and Local Authority teams.

- Monitor provision, maintain accurate SEND records and oversee transition arrangements to primary school.
- Deliver regular SEND briefings and identify staff development needs.
The ideal candidate will preferably have experience in a similar setting and have a deep understanding of SEND processes. NASENCo qualification is desirable but not essential.
